Thanks for the Pictures and your Testarossa looks great going around the track. Looks like you were on the track by yourself.....did you have fun?

Yes just me and about 70 of my closest friends. We had a pace car and where not allowed to pass. there was a Triumph in Front of me and a 7 series BMW in front of him. The Triumph waould lay back and try and get a run to build up speed. He was all over the place in the wet. Coming down to hill doing to the bridge I thought he was going to become "LUGGAGE in the BMW"
It was fun, 1st time on and at a track since my shunt in 1999. Got the urge to go racing again, but need the wing over my head and run "SLIDEWAYS" to feel at home.

Those are 2 of the funniest lines!!

From the pictures I couldn't see any other cars but your's. On parade laps the typical thing to do is lay back then take off like a bat out of hell.

I also assume you used to race some dirt track outlaws or something??

Ran midgets, sprints, modifieds on dirt and pavement. Good Old Days!
The layback is fine BUT if do not understand the dynamics of braking "put A foot on B brake and DO NOT STOMP but press" you can fly but most of tyhe people use the STOP (STOMP THE OLD PEDDLE) method and lock up or worse.
Looks like we (Leatherique and the readhead) will make as many of the Walter Mitty and SVRA as possible. Good venue for our products.

You mean I don't have to lock the thing up with smoking flat spotted tires in order to get it to stop??? hahaha

Wish I could have made it but man the rain just looked like it was going to cancel the whole thing. I'd like to go to your show in Aiken but that's like 2.5-3 hours from Asheville. I just went to the masters and made it to Augusta in about 2.25 hours but man that was flying.

Love to have you and many more. Got a good room rate at the Country Club $79. and $89.
If you and others in your area could make it that would be great.

Hey coachi are you interested in going to the Car Show in Aiken? If so let me know and we can drive down together. I can look at the 308 at the same time if you don't mind.
