Ive been watching this too. Maybe some negative history with this particular car. Tempted to trade my Mondial in..
I am put off by the nature of the auction. There is no free lunch in this business. If it was a really great car, why the hurry to unload it cheap? There are several '99 F1's listed at over 100k. I would think this one - in good shape - would be worth 90k. Of course, despite the 30k service it could need (1) clutch (2) headers (3) shocks etc, etc, etc. I think I would want a PPI...
A very reliable source has indicated to me that the vehicles from this vendor may be less than perfect mechanically. You can take that as "opinion" rather than "fact" from me as I do not know for sure. What I do know is the in early Nov I looked at a 360 for sale from this vendor. What I was told as to mechanicals etc done by the vendor differed greatly from one who knew the car and those comments were from "the" only one I would trust.
I had the misfortune of finding this vendor via Ebay and purchasing a F-car - A quick history: Unethical Ebay antics, a car purchased through ISIMPORTS.COM/Smith Volvo (Licensed Dealer) which would not pass smog in the condition car was received - No details due to potential litigation, $15K +/- in repairs within 2 years, and in the end insult to injury (I can't even describe). There is truth in MDshore348 comments unfortunately with a few individuals on Ebay.
