I have been thinking for a while about trading my 930 track / street car for a 348 or 355 challenge car... Dont know quite how to go about it, but here is a picture of the car. There is around $110k in the thing, and I have receipts for most everything. It is a seriously fast car.

I do agree that the Ferrari would be slower, but it is just one of those things that I have been thinking about having for a while... I would love to have both, but I cant afford it right now...

The Porsche is a 3.4 liter pushing right around 500 Horsepower, it has carbon fiber fenders, full cage, Kenesis wheels, coil overs all around...etc.

I am kind of torn about what to do. I really love the Porsche and it is just an amazing car, but I have always wanted to do the same with a Ferrari.

That seems to be exactly what I am looking for, I will try to give you a call some time today. Does the car have a Vin# that can be registered and how is the maintenance history?

    Thanks,
    Bobby

your car looks like brian smith's car from north carolina. i also have a 930 w/ similar mods but not a track car. i cannot imagine dumping it for something so slow and maintainence intensive.

you need to reconsider the decision. if you need a new look, start build a 935 k3 replica. you already have many of the parts needed on your car and could begin changing the body to have the look. make it authentic and do the research to see to it the fuel cell, interior and engine bay are also properly converted. make it a full race car to run w/ the big guns at hmsa or svra!!

you would be going backwards w/ the ferrari and when you are at the track, it is really only cool when you are one of the fast ones!

That is pretty true..... I am having a really hard time with my decision, it has crossed my mind about making the car into a 935, but I am just not sure what to do.

The car is actually from Lousiana, the last owner also had a 328 Ferrari.
