Want to have body shell stripped

I am looking for someone to strip the old paint and rust from a project car body shell. My only concern is that the sheetmetal is very thin and sand blasting would probably damage it beyond repair. So it looks like its down to chemical stripping by dipping or soda blasting which would not remove the rust. Any ideas would be appreciated.
