I am interested in purchasing a 612 f1 or a 575F1 , I have only owned V8 and V6 models in my youth . I am now retired and want a 12 cylinder . Can any one provide advice on the comparison of each car as to ease of driving ,servicing and resale. As we all know the best days are when you buy and sell .Should I be concerned about the purchase of a 4 seater because of the general disdain towards 4 place Ferraris ?

Is a red 575 worth more ? Is there a 612 color that is the most desirable . No more Black cars .Is there a popular 612 color?

It seems the price of a good 575 and a 2005 612 are very close ,around a 100 to 120 .Is a 612 an improved car with ceramic brakes etc?

Any advice will be appreciated . I know I do not know and plan to become a knowledgeable consumer before purchase ? Personally I think the 612 is a better looking automobile . thank You

very different cars, and prices for a 575 are far lower than 612's as 575's were build from 02-05.

They drive differnt and appeal to differnt people. You cannot go wrong with either.

Ceramic brakes are better if you plan to track the cars--not really need IMO

612s are never going to be a good choice if you are concerned about resale.

As for the driving experience, try to get an OTO-- the transmission is much improved.
