I realize this is a long shot, but I thought I might try this forum- On March 16, I took my family to dinner at The Ocean Grill in Vero Beach on spring break. In the parking lot was a grey 360 coupe with its very proud owner revving the engine. I and my 12 year old son came over to look; the owner, John, was as friendly as could be. He was showing off the custom exhaust, and answering all kinds of questions from me, my son and other bystanders. He mentioned that he also owned an F40, F50 and another that I don't remember. He said that he spent a lot of time in Maranello, and had worked with Reubens Barichello on some projects. My son and I loved the car, but getting to hear Johns stories and extensive knowledge was an absolute treat. My kid can be a little shy, so John's hospitality really meant a lot. It's all we talked about during dinner. Again, I know it's probably unlikely that somebody on here will know the John I'm talking about, but you never know. I didn't have a business card with me or anything (wish I had) at the time, but on the off chance that anybody on here knows John I wanted to pass on my thanks. I'm more of a Mercedes guy, but if all Ferrari guys are as cool as John, then you all have a great community (and some amazing cars, of course).
I know there's someone with a pretty impressive garage in Vero. It's probably him. I love Ocean Grill. My mom and I meet half-way between South FL and Orlando to have dinner there regularly.
