Want to seek ten families to help out at Thanksgiving

    My thought is to maybe visit a few poorer apartment complexes in the area, network a bit and find a few families that can not afford a real Thanksgiving meal, I know they are out there. Locate, go shopping and deliver all the fix'ns. Good idea? Bad idea? This year for the first time, its our first Thanksgiving (and Christmas) away from all of the family so we want to do something direct and hands-on in the community.
