Anyone know of any driver #2,3 or even #4 Dinos that might be available?

Any help would be much appreciated!

I have no idea what a #2,3 or #4 means, any help in understanding that?
Ferraris-online dot com has one that they just reduced the price on. You did mention GT or GTS

    Definitions vary, but...

#1 car is concours-ready, correct example -- underside, engine bay are immaculate, paintwork is flawless, everything works as originally delivered, etc.
#2 looks great but has some incorrect and/or aftermarket items, some noticeable wear -- think of a new Ferrari that gets driven in dry weather on weekends and washed normally. Well kept but not a time capsule.
#3 is a good driver, may have noticeable dings, minor dents, paintwork, some damaged trim, normal wear and tear
#4 runs but has obvious needs everywhere -- faded paint, possible minor rust spots, torn or worn through upholstery, leaking bushings/gaskets, etc. Usually a good restoration candidate.
#5 is usually a parts car or a project for wealthy masochists

I've seen #6 used, but only for a collection of parts held together by rust and a prayer.

This isn't definitive, just off the top of my head.
