You're welcome James, and thanks for the kind words. Glad to hear that your starting behavior is (finally!) as it should be. Just as a TR should never overheat (if all is working OK), a US TR should always start on the first cranking attempt.

I don't post very much but do alot of reading in the TR section and not 1 single post goes by without Steve going out of his way in trying to help us fellow TR owners get ourselves out of a jam. There isn't any one single guy on here that deserves as much praise as Steve when it comes to diagnosing our troubles.
    Keep up the good work!

There is very little doubt that Steve, is easily one of the nicest and IMO, the most valuable member here on the Boxers/TR/M forum.

Some folks 'help' under the guise of promoting their business interests. Steve however does it because of his generous nature and true enthusiasm for the marque.

Words don't do him justice.... but a big -Thank You- goes out to him every time i see his very detailed help given freely to whomever it is in need at the moment.

I always try to learn something as well!

    Thanks Steve!

+1. I'm pretty clueless when it comes electrical, but am just amazed at the wealth of knowledge that Steve has, and Steve's willingness to share and help any individual.

I wholeheartedly concur with the above statements! Steve talked me through 3 weeks of step-by-step diagnosis on my TR, and with me they had to be baby steps! Finally we solved the problem and I am forever in his debt. Where would us TR guys be without him...I shudder to think about it. Thank You Steve!

Thank you all for the very kind comments. Always glad to lend a hand if I can, and often I learn something myself in the process (like how DIM-DIP works ;)).

I also need to acknowlege Steve for the several times he has help me out with my 91 TR issues. I have only had my Testarossa for a year, but he has been able to help me with some of the bugs that plague this former low mileage garage queen.

    Thanks Steve

ditto to all the remarks about Steve. I read his responses to peoples issues and I am always so impressed with the info he provides with pics and all. He should have wrote a troubleshooting guide for Ferrari as a supplement to the shop manual.
