    Hi - does anyone happen to have one of the great old Baldwin
    red Ferrari oil filters hanging around? You know the one - has
    the 'Ferrari' word logo on the side, in Corsa red. I want to build
    a lamp for my garage... please PM me if you can help (Yes, I
    know there is one on Ebay, but it's NOS and I'll leave it for
    someone who actually needs it for the part - a spent can that
    can be cleaned is fine by me). Search Ebay for 'ferrari baldwin
    filter' to see what it looks like.

    Interesting , I have never seen one like that before. It is also a B254 and not a B253 which is what I get for my 308. Good luck I could send you a used B253 in red but it doesn't have the Ferrari logo.

    I've got a couple UFI's I bought 6-7 years ago. Just about the time of the recall...some had issues of bursting, causing massive cleanup problems and I was reluctant to take a chance on them...so they sit. Will check on perhaps post a picture. They are unused and cheap.

    Sorry, not going to find one...those were made many years ago, and who saves a used oil filter? ;)

    Better to buy a new one, make a stencil and recreate the old logo and markings.

    Here is a picture of what you are probably looking for. Sold a set of these a couple of years ago. I don't have any more. There are still some around but you will have a hard time finding them.

    I just bought the one on eBay to use as a shelf display... I'd never seen a Ferrari logo'd Baldwin filter before. When were these things made under license?

    Hi Mike - yeah, that was the one I had a bid on on Ebay. I just couldn't see
    spending more than $40 for an old oil filter!

    I'll keep my eyes open and keep trying to find one. Surely there are still some around out there
    somewhere...

    The black 348 filter has the Ferrari stenciling on it.
