Oooohh Heroes is back soon :o
Umm it depends if we are talking about the US premiere or Ch7 US it starts 21st of Sept Ch7 I don't know
Do you think they'd do that with your Scuderia? Are you going to trade it in on a 458, or are you still happy with it? Weird that you haven't brought it on a FCA event yet. Don't be shy. How's the challenge going?
Why didn't you do a full engine rebuild on your 355, but rebuilt just the heads? Wasn't that cutting corners a bit? Surely if the heads were worn enough to need a rebuild, the rest wouldn't be far behind, would it? How come your car is below min height? have the springs sagged? How does the 355 compare to the Scuderia that you told us all you'd purchased here http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showpost.php?p=137925613&postcount=59 ?? Just wondering. Do you think your 355 or Scuderia sounds best? What was your best lap time at PI and/or Sandown in both?
The last time I was stopped for some petty, non safety issue related allegation (again), by traffic cops earlier this year, I could not hold back. I told them that they have totally lost sight of what they are there for. They are not there to hassle citizens, but to ensure safety on the roads. The community puts laws in place, and the community gives police a lot of power. Many police fail to use common sense, and fail to disregard their own predjudices when they attempt to intimidate members of the community by their attitude using the excuse of "the letter of the law". We all mourn the death of common sense, when it comes to this "nanny state" (or in fact nanny country), attitude of law makers, and especially the way the laws are enforced by police. I have driven in many countries around the world, where laws are in place, but police use a lot of discretion when inforcing laws. There are many countries where cars travel well above the speed limit, but are not booked by police if they are deemed to be driving safely. What about all the crowded cities where people park on the footpath, on corners, or where ever they can, and they are left alone. In Australia, the same attitudes, over regulation, and "letter of the law" enforcement, occur in every area from town planning, tax, and every other area of government administration. It all makes me sick, and everyone should shout this as loud as they can like I do. My attitude to Traffic cops has changed the last 10 years, especially since driving THE red cars, and other performance cars. They certainly have put me offside.
well, that's a lovely story and all, but how's yellafella enjoying the scuderia he told us he was buying, and what lap times is he getting?
