I have, still in the original box, this thing that is described as an F40 but with no mention of the Ferrari name. It came from the USA and was a birthday present from my brother. It was useless at what it was designed for and so I used it twice and then put it away in the loft. Surprisingly there are a few available on ebay but unsurprisingly they are worth very little. Did any one else have one and can any one guess what it is?

How to say without goving it away? It allowed you to do two things at once. We do have one. But it and all the associated paraphernilia has been parked for nearly two decades now.

    Funny stuff.

Ours is a different vehicle, but a ‘95 per the vehicle sticker on the rear bumper, lol.

I remember these! VHS tape rewinder. Wasn't useless in the days when you would get fined for returning rentals without rewinding. Always such a disappointment when you got a new movie but couldn't watch right away because the last ****** didn't rewind.

    The struggle was real...

Whenever I used it (both times) the rewinding stopped so suddenly that the tape snapped! Taking the cassette to pieces to reconnect the tape was a real pain and just not worth the trouble of using this thing again. I think VCRs were clever enough to know when the end of the tape was coming up and they slowed down to avoid this happening. The box says that this device was supposed to reduce wear on your VCR. I do not ever remember a VCR wearing out.
