    good question...

    flat black is always a debate.

    it's some special clear coat ontop of flat black paint that prevents chips and flakes, but isn't shiney.

    i had them done by sergio at turbax wheel corp in Miami. great service.

    Looks very nice. Only needs one more thing ... black caps to cover the chrome lugs. They stick out like a sore thumb.
