I noticed some pictures did survive on my post.

We could do a mass copy of our posts on the 308 site and move it. Just a thought.

I also posted it on the sticky thread. Did you check there?

Yes, a few lf your pics are still present, though the most interesting ones are no more there. I just looked into a few of my old threads. Pictures are still present.
I cannot find the sticky thread.
I just looked into a few threads I created, though of course not all. No missing pictures so far.
Others tried to move to other sites. FChat still grows, the others are in the process of passing away.
It's still great here, but unanswered questions I sent to admins, because I had a technical issue, are simply annoying me as a subscriber.

I think it was in the cross reference thread.

I actually found it in the cross ref. thread. But you just linked to your thread, where most pics are missing.

But I give up complaining. Even Steve Magnusson agreed and complained about the too short time span for tech posts. Showed no effect, except a statement from the boss, that it fits into today's www-world. And here I agree. For editing BS, spread all over the www, 10 mins. are sufficient.

I spent more time trying to carefully remove the crusty/oxidized/inoperative old one, than I spent cutting the old one off and installing a new one.
