    I'd wash micro fiber towels just by themselves. Also, pick up a "Micro Tower Wash" additive. It'll take out all of the waxes and dirt you pick-up with the microfiber. I get mine additive from Chemical Guys. I usualy add a little soap to it like Tide. Then, you can dry them (by themselves, again), but do not add a softener.
