this 348 just sold for $26,000 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160335660160&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT&viewitem=
Who cares? Worst case scenario is that you drive it, put a TON of miles on it and sell it for what you paid. Even if you sold it later for $22k (you could sell it in about 10 minutes on Ebay for that price) and owned it for 4 years, you would have basically driven a 348 around for about $85/month. You can't drive an '83 Honda Civic around for that much.
I agree. Don't know why he took it down. I saw it one morning and put the number in my cell phone. Later that day, the ad was gone.
I"m pointing out that it sold that cheap because of the Title, so that some who just casually follow the market don't think prices for most 348's are in that range. However, personally, I can't think of a modern Ferrari I'd buy with a salvage title. I think many here agree with me, so if you want to sell a car with salvage title, it's that much harder since you eliminate many potential buyers. But everyone has their opinion.
You better bring one of them over and we will optest them side by side... Sounds like a good afternoon, eh? MB
Another cheap 348 with clear title. Reserve is set at 22k http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/VERY-NICE-1991-FERRARI-348-TS-TARGA-LOW-RESERVE_W0QQitemZ170336519447QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUS_Cars_Trucks?hash=item27a8d90517&_trksid=p4506.c0.m245&_trkparms=72%3A317%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318
