There was a thread on watches sometime back and I wanted to ask if anyone has ever bought a watch online from www.jomashop.com & if it is a reputable place to buy?

The reason I ask is I want to get the Movado Juro (#5023) and looking for a good place to get a discount off the MSRP of $800.

    Thanks.

Thats an excellent price from that website. It's probably a grey market watch (Euro model) it's still good. Best I've been able to get off watches was 40% of list.

I see you live in Harrison, NY , did you check out the Movado Outlet store at Woodbury Commons?

although a good price, remember always better to buy from an authorized dealer. If you order online, your warranty will be shot (no matter what the shop claims) and you could end up paying more if something breaks. Like Ed said, there are many authorized ways to get a discount (probably not as good as online) but in the long run it will be worth it.

No, I haven't done that - but it definitely sounds like a good idea.

I'll check it out this weekend.

check wal-mart, low prices everyday and it will never break on you. As a matter of fact it will probably tell the same time as the more expensive ones!
