Water in front camera

I had the rear fail on the 458, they seem to be of very poor quality which is amazing given the option cost. Just replace under warranty and be careful when washing that area.

 

Funny. I blast the little lens with the high pressure wash at the local car wash to get the bugs off all the time. No problem with water inside. I even mistakenly bumped the little bugger into the wall a couple times to no apparent ill effects. I think i was trying to see just how much closer things really are than they may appear, and having found that distance once, forgot, and did it again. Only problem I seem to have is when bugs splat on it and then its pretty much useless until I get to the next self serve car wash and blast it clear again.
