I dont like driving in the rain but got caught on a trip and ended up with several hours of rain driving, then washed car (in the rain) once I got home. Figured I would wash off all the wet road grime before it dried on the car... Now discovering leaks. There was lots of loading and unloading when I dropped my girlfriend at her place. I did notice that when the car is tilted just right the "channel" accross the windscreen where the targa "mates" will divert water to the side and almost dump right in the car like a gutter drain when door is open.. Dont think that did all this though...

    Shelf:
Attahched are photos of the shelf leak. The one with the three spots is shortly after pulling into garage after the drive / wash. Then there is a shot of it two hours later. It had expended and become one big wet spot. Obviously wicking from behind I think... This is drivers side.. Anyone had similar shelf leaks? If it was easy I would pull the shelf to dry out behind but I think it is involved, yes? Cutting rivits and removing glass..? Would pull just the bottom part if easy...?

    Floor:
Carpet under rear bolts of passenger seat, and edge of floorboard near wheel well on both sides. Example: Drivers side just below dead pedal along the edge where the floor meets the side wall of the cabin as you move toward the seat from the dead pedal. Same both sides... Floor wet but side walls dry. Also behind passenger seat just below where the seat belt bolts into rocker channel. Divit in floor was full of water.

Just pulled seats and half the carpet out... New car to me so wondering if you guys have "the list" of prime leak spots and how best to fix. Have shut the car up overnight with box of dehydrating crystals in a small attempt to get what I did not remove dry...
