Buy a brass nipple with a male pipe thread at the parts house. Drill, thread, done. I do it all the time.
When you do get it removed, we have a replacement SS (316) version from Hill Engineering available at Ricambi America: http://www.ricambiamerica.com/product_info.php?products_id=190362 .
Daniel, if you are going to sell those you need to list them where people will actually find them. I for one, and I imagine most other shops as well are just not going to look up the original part and find the link because I have no interest whatsoever in the original part. List EVERYTHING Hill produces in the Hill section of your website or much of it will never be seen or asked for by many of us. That applies for all the aftermarket alternatives to OE Ferrari parts. For example if I dont know ball joints are listed as LBJ bla bla bla I am not going to ever see it.
+1 Group everything not OEM together. Special tools (that are actually in stock) should be grouped together. The Ferrari part numbers are pretty worthless.
