Just thought I'd share with you all, well at least those who don't already know, that I have just waxed my FF In Canuba based 'Butter wet wax' from the Chemical Guys and have to say the results were beyond stunning. Never would have thought it.
I have used for years Autoglym High Definition Wax and thought it good if not very good but having the protection film in vunerable areas means the edges become hard work to clear of wax and leave a distinct white line which requires a toothbrush, time consuming and annoying.
Not only does the Butter Wet Wax go on very easily if comes of just as quick and lo and behold all the film edges are now nigh on invisible. The shine is deep and glossy with a wet look finish and even the colour (Silverstone) has the appearance of being a half shade darker.

Not advertising, just very pleased. How long the wax lasts is yet to be established but who cares when the car looks this good.

Where is your film? You just wiped it off, on those edges?

The whole front including the bonnet. The front valance has numerous elements and each has an exposed or semi exposed edge which collected polish or wax residue. Now they have completely disappeared to the point you have to scrutinise at close quarters to find them. Brilliant stuff.
