    then that doesn't say very much for his financial situation or in the way of you getting you your money or parts anytime soon. Can he go to jail for writing a check to you for that amount that is bad? I don't know what amount it is considered a felony charge. I thought it was over $1000. I would hire a few bouncers (some of them do it for cheap just because they enjoy it) to meet him on his way home from work and scare the hell out of him (but don't hurt him that would just be wrong :) ). I am sure it couldn't be tracked to you because you are not the only one that he has done this to.

    Just have fun with you.......kind of like a cat with a mouse before he eats it!

    Why don't you bring the check to the State Attorney's office. It's a crime, not just a civil matter.
