    I wonder if the "2 Guys from Italy are related to the "One Guy from Italy" Pizza joint in Lubbock, on University Ave. across from campus. I would always grab a slice at one guys after football games, and still do when I go about once a year.

    Thanks for the responses. The eggplant parmigiana was Delicious. It turns out that Tuesdays are eggplant P. day - so looks like I'll be making a few return trips - in the Maserati!

    I really needed the break and it was great out at lunch time. I was soooo tempted to put the top down, but it was only 5 minutes back to the office. See y'all next time.
