Wednesday 7/14/2004 Run to CC 5:30pm & BBQ Afterwards in NYC

sorry - don't think i can make it for the run. am planning to join up for bbq at rene's

 

Pchop Mobile will be left there to get the following work done:

1) New Brakes
2) Check Engine Light
3) Recharging the A.C.

so Pchop would greatly appreciate a shotgun ride back to NYC.

 

What time is the BBQ?

 

no prob., you have me/emil/clyde/woodear all having empty seats.

 

I'm in. I may ride the bike -- just to shake things up. If we need a car to transport the crew, I can take mine. If we still need space, I can pilot an SUV of JC is in a lending mood...

i was thinking maybe i drive your car and you drive mine going there so i
can hear my exhaust and if its no good i will drop it off sometime the end
of this week to be worked on.

otherwise, i can drive my truck instead of the car. no biggie.

Actually, wait, let me make a suggestion --

After having done the CC run at rush-hour before, let me give you my opinion about it: IT SUCKS. Rush-hour through the tunnel is sh!te. Either we should muscle our way through the GWB or find some other alternate route, but crossing the river at 5:30 is painful any way you look at it....
