    I went out and put a down payment on my car. Went down route 1 to Princeton to check it out. Here's what I saw.

    Pontiac Solstice's (silver and red)
    Aston Martin (black)
    Porsche 911 with GT2 wing (silver)
    33' Ford street rod (black and silver)
    Hummer H1 (grey)

    I got some of them on the camera. I also went to FOCNJ on the way back and took pics there. Saw some 575M's, 360's, and some F430's including MIKE CHAO!!! :D. I'll have to post some more pics later. Here's a vid of Mike leaving.

    I took my CGT out of storage, the weather has been so mild, the roads are clear, with such a mild winter it seems a shame not to enjoy the car.

    What did you order? Congrats!

    Lewey It's nothing big, it's my first car. 99 Ford Escort SE sport with 63K. New everything on it however. I have to wait till next week. Do you own a black CGT? There was two at Ray Catena (black one was sold, Chris was telling me about it) but I still saw the yellow one in the showroom.

    I drove the 360 spider, top down, through the Catskill mountains for a few hours. Seen three more convertibles with the top down and an Elise with the top up.

    Do you also own an Elise? If so how close to Greenwich do you live? I think I may have seen you driving around before.

    You must have missed me then, I was cruising Rt 1 in the Princeton area today in my 996TT Cabriolet. The weather was nice enough to have the top down.

    I actually saw several Porsches today. The one mentioned above, a boxter, and the guy I'm buying the Escort from his neighbor owns a blue 911 turbo convert.

    Took my son to NJ to check out a 95 525i for him (He's 17) then cruised around town a bit in the Mondi with my g.

    I traded the Elise and the 456GT for a '01 360 Spider F1 with 5K miles.

    Took the 456 for an Italian tune-up w/ Mrs. Ronbo and the twins. My daughter is over her problem with the F-Car being silver not red (she's five, better hide your sons).

    Also had the car in Manhattan for the first time. No problems - most people VERY polite, in fact - but nerve-wracking all the same. The Tubi did sound kewl in the tunnel, tho.

    Hey Rijk - I'm glad you're getting some tanning time in the 360. How do you like them paddle thingies?
