Unfortunately, I know my 308 does *not* like snow. going up in the early afternoon doesn't bother me. Staying over in the snow doesn't bother me but I do have travel early next week so I need to be back Monday morning. Vinny, thanks for the heads-up & please keep us posted as things develop.

My girl likes playing in the snow. As long as there's not too much... just a few inches of clearance means the line between car and sled is a fine one! Other factors aligning, I'll go up this weekend. This is usually the time of year I do a Montreal trip, so the least I can do is get at least as far as Vermont!

if this is not a romantic date between u and jeff only, i would like to join in as well. every yr i take road trip to toronto, never did montreal, would love to. although for the sake of rwd+summer tire, it will be wise to do this trip before snow falls.
well from his post, i assume he is bringing his girl. i was planning a trip with my girl. montreal is great for a quick "fake" european trip with your girl and your car, what better way to spend a weekend? been there before and love it. toronto is great too i suggest goiung there next spring as a EC pLayA run no girlfirneds/wives allowed event. toronto has an uNbElivAblE hoT gIrl aFteR hOUR thING going on.

yes - i was talking about my car liking to play in the snow. and i'm therefore up for weekend trips to any destination equipped with lots of actual girls (not cars) to entertain me when i get there, and we'll let my car play in the snow so she doesn't feel left out.
Do you mean the trip Rene was planning? The one where we leave NYC at 9 am, have lunch in montreal at 12 noon, Maid of the Mist tour at 2pm, dinner back in NYC at 5pm, drinks and gambling at the Borgata 8pm, then sleep on the beach 8 am South Beach. Itsaaa Niceeee!!!!!!!

OK, weekend weather's gonna be crummy, everyone bagged and I'm not borrowing someone else's car to go up alone. VT trip is a no go. We can do a ski weekend at my place some time this winter instead. Thats a buzzkill Dave... but we'll do it over the winter. The weather will suck tomorrow and monday with rain and snow showers. Just checked intellicast.com.
