    Does anyone know the weight difference between 6spd manual and F1 360 Modena?

    I was watching best motoring video, one of the test driver mentioned that F1 Modena is 20kg heavier than a 6spd manual. Is this true?

    Maybe;
    The F1 has;
    the F1 pump
    the F1 power unit
    one quart of ATO
    the hydraulic steel lines

    I'm not sure the exact weight of the mentioned parts but it make sense.

    This either/or is a hornets nest. The 6 speed may be lighter but the F1 will make most drivers faster on the track, thus cancelling out any additional weight disadvantage. Then there's the issue of what a 360 really weighs, with or w/o F1. Among all the posts on weight, I still can't figure out what a bona fide kerb weight of a 360 is. Then there's tires, then there's driver abilities, such that one 360 with a passenger and full tank with OEM tires might well beat a 360 with no passenger, quarter tank and track tires; difference being driver skills. Not saying you participate in this kind of mental M... as I am, just that there's a lot of mental M.. going around.

    Does anyone have the sales brochure for 360? Did they list both the weight for the F1 and 6spd?

    I am only asking from enthusiast stand point as I am a weight reduction freak. You can see my thread on other forum:

    This is not a vs thread (I like both F1 & 6spd). I merely just want to find out about the actual weight as I could not find any curb weight listed for 360 other than F1 or CS.

    nothing like the 60KG extra from a 458 fatty then (vs f1 430) !

    I'm not sure myself but suspect it's at least 20kg and quite possibly more. You'll probably find the answer in this thread or by contacting the author....
