Sometimes but not all the time when I come to a dead stop in my 1995 F355
whilst using the brakes just in the final 2 metres if I take my hands off the wheel the wheel is jerked to the left or right a bit.
Anyone else experience this? If not try it next time you're driving and I bet you will.

    What causes this?
BTW the car has new discs, calipers and flexible brake hoses on the front!

Sounds like an artifact of the ABS, but that's just a guess.

Low profile tires on pavement that isn't perfectly smooth will so this everytime.

Get your front end alignment checked too. Your toe adjustment may be a little out.

my toe in has been adjusted

is it true that low profile tyres will do this on uneven road surfaces?

In the PNW, the roads have ruts that rival trenches and the road can channel your direction.

Since you've noticed it pulling both right and left, there is a possibility it is not the steering geometry.
