Sometimes but not all the time when I come to a dead stop in my 1995 F355 whilst using the brakes just in the final 2 metres if I take my hands off the wheel the wheel is jerked to the left or right a bit. Anyone else experience this? If not try it next time you're driving and I bet you will. What causes this? BTW the car has new discs, calipers and flexible brake hoses on the front!
In the PNW, the roads have ruts that rival trenches and the road can channel your direction. Since you've noticed it pulling both right and left, there is a possibility it is not the steering geometry.
