This started some time ago and I wonder if you could help with diagnosis.

During a slow stop stop, say from 5 mph to zero and only when the car is warm and I suppose when the brakes are warm I get a groaning/grinding noise from my rear brakes. It really is quite annoying.

It does not affect the braking itself and it does not happen when braking from speed or at the beginning of a drive. As a matter of fact when I catch it early when taking her for a spin it does help if I get on the brake from high speed - it seems to go away.

Could it be an accumulation of dust in the caliper - I am not mechanically minded so I really am at a loss.

On my f430 and carbon ceramics they never feel as smooth at low speeds as steel brakes

Have u got someone that is familar with these and can take a drive or compare
    To another car?

Some noise and feel is normal

A lot grinding would not be

Have you had a look at the state of the pistons on your 430 calipers, 50% of mine were corroded and either solid or sticking. I have some pics if u r interested
