Welcome to Ferrari kit + USB flashdrive

Hi guys,

Looking to buy the "Welcome to Ferrari" folder, with box and velvet cover with prancing horse.

If I'm not mistaken, a USB flashdrive accompanied the "Welcome to Ferrari" kit and was given to the owner when the car was new, containing technical data and other interesting digital stuff.

Need it for my 2011 458 Italia and I'm based in Portugal.

I have a strong preference for an item that's based in the European Union, but if a US/Canada based member has it for sale, no problem for me as long as the goods are marked and sent as "used", to clear customs.
