If a PPI doesnt show anything then I think it was a good buy.

No I think about right, maybe even a good number. Looks stock, if you use the logic of the mileage, stock and year and add $5k per year the same car in a 99 would bring $80k.

I think it is a good if not great deal (pending PPI results) ..... the condition of the interior and exterior looks better than some 355 with half as many miles. Judging from the appearance, it seems to have been well cared for... :).

With a 355, one never knows one day to the next what kind of car he really has. There are plenty of sudden "uh-ohs" with the 355 lineup that can co$t you dearly. That $59,000 car could easily be a $79,000 car a month from now. Trouble is, it will still only be worth $59K on the open market.

From what I hear, buying a 355 can be a lot like marrying a woman 20 years younger than you. The thrill is wonderful, but she may break you!

Now that seems to be one excuse as to why there are some people would put off proper maintenence..... :(

Deal of the freaking century! Who cares abouit the clutch replacement? As long as there are no other hidden issues - like headers or valves - it was well bought. Rare color too.

OTOH, I am reminded of the adage, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is...

I concur. $59K is about right, assuming no nasty surprises.

I thought it was from the salt air! I would have bought this car in a second ,if I could have imported it to Canada

I'm not sure if your joking or not, hard to read sarcasm on FChat :)

The VIN badge is clearly messed with, the lower right side rivit is out and the plate/badge has stress lines that appear that it was bent.

Doesnt look like its been completely off, which leaves me wondering why.

Nevertheless, the color of the car is beautiful.

Not joking I thought it was an awesome car and wanted to buy but couldn't. I never did a carfax on it but that could have given you an answer!
