Bros, I sold my 348 Spider today. I wasn't trying to sell the car, but a friend of a friend inquired about it a few weeks ago, made me a strong offer, and showed up with the money this afternoon.

I've had the pleasure of owning 2 of these gorgeous cars over the past 5 years, and loved every minute of it. I appreciate all the help, sound advice and camaraderie from the Brotherhood here. Ferrari ownership just wouldn't be the same without you guys! :)

I'm looking forward to being back on the board as a new owner again in a few months, but most likely in a different sub-forum... ;)

I've had an itch for a 360, but have always loved the classic look of the 328, too. Who knows? We'll see what happens. I'm planning to take my time.

Yes, the 328GTB is beautiful. How about a carbureted 308GTB, preferably a 1976 fiberglass dry-sump?

What ever you decide, may it bring you much enjoyment.

Whatever you buy, make sure it has AC that works. Texas is famous for 100 days over 100F.

Sorry to lose a 348 brother but it's OK to stay in the family.

Congrats on the sale. Sometimes you have to do, what you gotta do! :D

Looking forward to hearing and seeing pics of this new Ferrari. I can only assume it's a 360/430. It seems most from here "upgrade" to that model. :)

You don't see too many sell 348s and buy Daytonas, 246s or 308s. :D:D

    Best of luck mate. :)

Scott, I don't know much about the 308 era. But I agree, the 328 GTB would be a sweet choice!

You know if I would have bought thy yellow 348 Challenge, I would have sold the spider months ago, and I wouldn't be Ferrariless today... :D

Thanks Mike. I will keep you guys posted. I really did get a what I believe to be a premium for my car. I'd have been nuts not to sell it.

Thanks Pap. I seriously doubt it will be a 430 or a Daytona. My pockets don't stretch that far, man. :)

I think Dino's are out of reach for me as well. A good 360 could get it done though...

Glenn, I just couldn't stand the fact that we had nearly identical cars. That's it. Drove me right over the edge. Seriously, thanks. And of course you know I won't be able to live with a factory exhaust... :p :)

    Talk to you soon.
