I'd like to know what car shows on the West coast involve the kind of judging which awards points out of 100, "Platinum" designations, etc. Cavallino is just too far away...

Since I know many shows are limited to certain marques or eras/ages of cars, it's worth pointing out that the car I want to enter in such an event is an 86 Testarossa.

Thanks in advance for your input & help building a list of possible shows.

Have you tried Concorso Italiano in Monterey?
    There's also the Avilla concours,
    the Pasadena Concours De Elegance,
    and the Huntington Beach Concours.

Thanks for the tips - I knew about Concorso Italiano but the others were "new" to me.

Looks like Pasadena is no longer running :(
