IMO, a pretty awkward attempt to rebody a 348 to look like the mid sixties 250 LM

Wow, neat idea. Not sure about the Knock-off "knock-offs" haha. And our massive stock wheels.

It looks very awkward to me - especially the strange combination of things going on above the back lid - part of the 348's original buttress roof-line left in there, too... weird. Not to mention, the 80's era 348 wheels not working.

Change the wheels to something that matches the car and I like it.

That car has an identity crisis. It can't decide what era it is in. That's kind of a 60's LM body, but the interior and wheels look 90's 348. The idea of a throw back custom built off a more modern 348 is contradictory to me. Maybe if the interior was retro 60's and you went with high profile tires from the era you could get away with it.

Yes 250 P. Not fully up to speed on my vintage race cars. I thought it was called a 250 LM Spider, but for sure the car I was thinking of.

I could live with it except for those wheels. The 348 rims don't even look nice on a 348 and look horrible on that !! Desperately needs some vintage rims. Can'y believe someone who would go to those lengths to scratch build a new body onto a 348 would not see those wheels as being totally out of place !

I just realised I'm gonna upset someone arent I ! Yes the 348 rims are Ok for some 348's ....maybe a totally stock original 348 with black skirts still on it however when you go to 'modernise' the look the 348 I feel the wheels are the first that must go.

I for one have F355 rims on mine with 295s on the back. ahhh now I'm gonna upset someone else, yes they also look nice stock original too :)
