So I bought a set of chrome 348 wheels a few months ago . 1 wheel had curb rash send it out for rechrome comes back perfect . I ordered a set of pzero's loaded everything in may P/U to drive 1/8 mile to my friends shop did I need to close the tailgate ? I thought not until I saw a chrome rim bouncing down the road . Well another 6 weeks to chrom that wheel and I can try again .

That sucks. Look on the bright side though it could have been worse, someone could have been behind you with a rim in their windsheild or worse.

That is unfortunate. I have had a load of 2x8's drop out of the back of my truck during rush hour at a main intersection. I know how you feel. Always use the tail gate, and usually use tie downs.

Don'cha hate it when you got nobody but yourself to blame? Kinda like running out of gas because you thought you could make it one more exit.
