Now that he is President-Elect, what will Donald Trump do with his 757? I've seen the aircraft parked quite often at an FBO at PBI, whenever I've flown down there to visit my dad. (I think the attached photo was taken at PBI.)

I know that he will use the VC-25s (747s) for state business, but what if he just wants to spend a weekend at Mar-a-Lago? I guess he can use of the Air Force's VC-32s (757s) in place of his own; outside of certain communications gear, I'm guessing that those aircraft have certain defensive systems probably lacking in his own airplane.

The "57" is one of Boeing's best designs.

Much preferred over a 73, except if you are a passenger sitting in the back of a -300! But even a -300 has a great power-to-weight ratio.

Plane belongs to the Trump Organization. I'm sure the other executives will keep it busy enough. They do still have a very large company to run with properties all over the world.

Trump's 757 used to belong to Paul Allen... hence the tail number in that picture.

I imagine he'll use government transport when he takes office, just for security and communications reasons, if nothing else. Before then? Who knows.

I don't think a 747 will fit into PBI; I've never seen an aircraft bigger than a 767 there, so if the Secret Service insists he fly a government airplane, I guess it would be a VC-32.

Apparently, he may appoint one of his sons to the Cabinet, so it might be his family members who continue to use his airplane while he uses the USAF's.

(I take that back - I did see an An-124 at PBI once, so if it can fit, certainly a 747 can!)

The Presidential Fleet at Andrews also includes Gulfstream and/or Global.

The 747 will be bigger but not nearly as nice as the interior in his 757.

Nope. Only an air force airplane.

A private or airline aircraft would be "Executive One."

I have seen a 747 Sp parked at PBI years ago.

I am guessing Trump will speed up the presidential 747-8 purchase.

I've never heard of Army 1 or CG 1.

As far as I know, the only ones which have ever been used are Air Force 1, Executive 1, Marine 1, and Navy 1.

KPBI has a runway that's 10,000' long. Waco (where GWB flew in and out of) is 8,600'.

Army 1 was used frequently in the '50s and '60s when the Army and Marines shared the helicopter duties. Eventually the Marines took that over completely.

Air Force 2, Marine 2, etc are used when the Vice President is aboard. And sometimes they'll use Air Force 1 Foxtrot, etc when only the President's family members are on board. (Foxtrot = F for Family)

Does Donald's aircraft operate under Part 91, 135 or 121?
