    Noticed that many of the f430 listings say they have daytona seats, but they don't look any different from the ones that don't. Is this just what they call the regular seats, or are their multiple types? Thanks.

    Good question. I didn't know the answer a few years ago either. I think most 430s have the daytonas. There are a lot of 360s with standard seats.

    It was a factory upgrade option, which of course meant more money for F.

    Regular 430 seats are FUGLY.. IMO. I rarely see them, but when you see them, you know it.

    Totally agree. The most common option selected by original F430 owners was power Daytona seats. The big difference between them being strip colors, piping, and thread color.

    Mine are exactly the same as in the photo...no contrasting stitching or strips.

    Ah - OK I believe I have seen those once or twice. Thanks for clearing that up. I was just hoping that they weren't the more uncomfortable racing-type seats, like what you'd get in a Scud.

    I would trade my daytona seats for the alcantera scud seats any day!!!! :) Love those things!

    It's got the tan inside which is so Ferrari typical IMHO with black carpets.

    My seats are the regular type but do not look like that, I guess they changed the stitching pattern in MY2008. I personally found the daytonas lumpy and less comfortable than the regular ones which is why I didn't choose them, not that either are really very comfortable.
