So today I decided to change out my rollover valve gaskets and fuel pump gaskets on my 360 Spider. Took about a hour to lift off the convertible top and get to the top of the fuel tanks...surprisingly easy. Anyway, noticed these little rubber do-hickies (sorry for technical terms) on the frame rails next to tank....what’s are they and what do they do?

ah! I've been missing some of these and trying to find a part number, alas no part number and have no idea the purpose of these.
I removed one of those and saw it is some sort of a blocking thing. So my guess it is just a block for an attempted use, such as those rivet nuts.

Ferrari sticks those in rivet nut holes and over studs to mask them off and keep paint and undercoating from getting in the threads. Depending on what market the car is for or what options are on the car, they are sometime not used, so they don't get removed when the car is assembled.
