I think it is the airbag sensors and also maybe seatbelt sensors.

Does it lead somewhere to ... to the seatpart ?

Must be a sensor that shows that a passenger is there ... ?

I don't think there is a sensor that senses a passengers weight, at least on my 458, although my other car does have that. There is a sensor that senses certain brands of cars seats to
disable the airbag if the seat is installed, with or without a kid. I have one of those and it seems to be the only way to disable the airbag on the 458. The F430 had a switch on
the passenger side doorframe that you had to use your key to turn, and also the same sensor for a car seat.

Pretty sure that is the connector that connects into the seat to say that the seat buckle is buckled/unbuckled - I've taken out many seats in my day to replace them with oem/aftermarket racing seats in Porsche(s)/BMW(s)/Mercedes/Lamborghini(s) and it looks very similar.

However, if you found it unconnected attached to the seat, and the seat buckle light is working when you buckle up, I've got no idea ;)
