    If it's Vettel's car they are probably trying to straighten it out after the RH end plate got hit during the race, possibly to relieve pre-load so they can remove it..
    There are two other guys reaching in from the sides like they are getting ready to pull it.

    They are moving some sort of smaller moustache under the nose of the car but i had never seen it.

    The camera came loose after he hit the DRS sign. It's moving as they are getting a grip on the old front wing to replace it.

    Are you suggesting that Red Bull used a ''normal'' nose for quali and then changed this unbeknownst to the FIA (almost impossible since almost everything gets marked by the FIA in parc ferme, especially something like an entire nose!), hoped for a crash so they could swap their wings about for a legal one before end of the race?

    If im right in thinking the Gif is from Vettel's pitstop for a nose change.

    The engineer is not trying to straighten anything, he is gripping the nose and lifting it to allow the other engineers to un-clip then replace it..

    If this nose is as flexible as it appears in this Gif, surely its illegal, as the rules state that no moving aero parts on the cars are allowed.

    Very smart but I wonder if this is safer while passing the crash tests. And that's another
    issue, was this material in the nose at the start of the year? If not then it had to be
    homologized by the FIA, right? Or I'm talking total BS? I mean the wings have different
    versions throughout the year, but they are most of the time in the elements, not much
    in the center where it attaches to the car. That has to be sound to absorb front
    crashes and the tests are very stiff.
