I do arrangements of popular songs for classical guitar, and my version of Dust in the Wind is played by classical guitarists all over the world now. Stairway to Heaven too (It's the most popular). I don't even sell them, I just post them on my music blog. Stairway gets 25 hits a week.
Two of my favorites to play. I'll have to check out your tabs. This guy does sort of the opposite. Transposes classical music for an electric guitar. This piece takes some practice with a piano, can't imagine playing it with a guitar.
Double shot of Echosmith today. One of the few pop bands I actually like (mainly because of the singer )
Pretty wild. Another I did for classical guitar is Joe Satriani's two-hand tap piece A Day at the Beach. All I had to do was move it down a whole step from A to G and it fit on a standard 19 fret classical guitar. Need a low Flamenco-ish action, but I performed that one for years. Also played Eddie Van Halen's Spanish Fly. Very few of us classical guys play tap technique. You have to practice enough to develop calluses on your i and m fingertips.
Eddie usually throws in a little Bach in his live performances. I wonder how many in the audience know that was from 300 years ago ?
Randy Bachman has a house near me for sale. He built it in 1974. Dated mansion. His brother was also a local real estate agent.
Queen, in concert. Wow. That'd be a dream scenario for me. Bicycle Race When you can write a rock song about bicycles, you got something going on! T
