WOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOO! I just saw that there is a rubik's cube app that was added to the app store. That will definitely be my favorite app when my iPhone gets here. Some of the others that I will pick up will probably be google mobile, one of the scriptures apps, cowbell app, and the usual sudoku and solitaire apps.

and let's not forget Shazam the program that has built in voice and music recognition. You start it and let it listen to a song playing overhead in a store, on the radio, etc and in less than 30 seconds it tells you the name, publisher, and artist.

The Bloomberg app is AWESOME, I check the markets constantly with it. Tap Tap revolution is fun for when boredom strikes, and Epocrates Rx is great for looking up all kinds of medical information.

Soon I'll have the option of that luxury. My site is being built right now. I can't wait. Is it how you took the picture (upright or sideways), how it gets posted?

    AND report back of course?.......

For $12.99 I'm not surprised there's no demo though - I suspect there would be more code required to make sure you had to come back for the "real" version than in the entire application. If it were $129.99 I'd be inclined to agree, but at least we now have you to demo it for us :) [Thanks!]

    Cheers,
    Ian

Pandora is awsome, highly recommended to anyone who likes to discover new music. last.fm is another good one.

I've also installed Bloomberg to see the latest in market news.

eBay to watch our ebay auctions.

BoxOffice is great for finding movies, and actually purchasing them through fandango.com (takes you directly there to purchase movie tickets).

Shazam and Midomi to find what song is playing on the radio (listens to either an actual audio clip or you can hum a tune and it will try to figure out what that song is, pretty good at it too).

Epocrates RX which is a VAST prescription drug database and also lets you know if you have any dangerous drug interactions if you're taking a bunch of medications.

myLite that lets you use your iphone as a flash light

Convertor which is a basic conversion calculator.

All of those applications listed are free btw :)

    Recap on Dynolicious -

Yes, it is cool. Does it have quirks? Yes, just like anything else. But it is a useful tool if you have it mounted and calibrated properly.

It is worth 13 bucks? Yes! I believe it is. I can enter in multiple cars - I've added three so far and tested it out with each, and add modifications to each of them as I go. It will keep track of runs I made with the date and time. It will allow me to add modifications to each of cars that I add in "My Ride". This is better, IMO, than the G-Tech pros. However, I always had a problem running the G-tech pro since it needed to be suctioned on the windshield and the cord was always too short to fit into the lighter, which ran right over my shifter. With the iPhone and dynolicious, I just put it in the cupholder, secure so it doesn't move and it works just fine.

If it isn't secure, sometimes it can result in similar runs like the ones below. Also, you can see the g-meter, which I just swung around here at my desk so you can see how it works. You can watch it in real time, which is nice.

Now, if there was an app like TrackMate or the DL-1, even if it was for 100 bucks, I'd upgrade to the 3G model and buy it in a heartbeat.

iPhone tip: to do screen shots, hold the menu button and hit the power button up top. The screen will flash and it will be added to your photos.

That was the unsecured iPhone 'quirk' I had on one run. Typical runs are much slower than that. But that one in particular, I achieved a 0-60 in 3.17 seconds! Oh yea! Like you can do that with 200bhp.
