For some time now I've wanted to tour England, Scotland and Wales in an Aston Martin convertible.

I also hope to drive across the US to Florida and then up the East coast to the Maritimes, and back across Canada in a 2+2 Ferrari. Take a month, no rush, no solid itinerary, just cruising backroads and staying away from the interstate as much as possible.

At one point I was making plans with a friend to drive a pickup truck from Arizona to Argentina. I'd still like to do it in an SUV. A Hummer or Range Rover would be fun.

I suppose for me it is the same dreams as people who want to sail around for years. I would love to do an Alaska-to-Argentina run in a 550 like that team did, or the "355 World Tour."

What are your Dream Drives? Have you done any of yours yet?

South Africa to Egypt. I've been to South Africa before, beautiful country. I've never been to Egypt and would like to. Might as well see all the stuff in between, it's got to be good, too. In a McLaren F1 of course :) #036 to be a little more unrealistic.

Edit: I guess you could go from Egypt to Asia and Europe, too. Might as well drive back to England and take the train between France and England. Get the F1 rebuilt by McLaren :D

I want to get a 550/575 and then do a road trip across small town America with my dad. Go through the desert, and then onto the midwestern states. Weird dream trip I guess. I'd also love to take delivery of a car at the Ferrari or Lambo factory and drive across Europe.

I'd love to take a 430 spider on some Missouri backroads. I just got back from the Lake of the Ozarks, and the roads down there were amazing. Rolling hills and big, sweeping turns and great scenery...there was a little too much traffic though, I'd love to have them all to myself :)

Also, some of the roads here in the Rockies are just great.

Now that I think about it, I'd love to have a morning run in just about any Ferrari convertible (OK, I'll settle for a coupe if I have too) on some deserted, scenic backroad that has twists and bends and hills of every type. THAT is what I dream about!

If you left Europe to the East through Asia and across the ice road to Alaska you could drive from Europe to the US. My dream drives I have taken for the past three years including the clockwise Florida to San Francisco, and the counterclockwise Florida through Canada (nice rocks, eh?) and a Northeast trip. Florida is the worst part of the drive in every case. I would like to drive through South America someday, but I have to learn more about it first.
    :)

Bump for additional mini-goal of PCH in a convertible with the kids. I almost rented a car this summer to get that one out of the way, but didn't have time.

I've always wanted to cruise around San Diego in a 360 Challenge Stradale. I don't know why...

Priceless. The view takes the ride to another level. A F12 would be nice but so would my JR superchated Miata w/ top down. How can one man describe the view and Zoom, Zoom of the road.
