What are your thoughts on Ferrari resurrecting the Testarossa?

    I tend to agree with this. However, in another 10-20 years, the world may be hungry for another, just as 1984 was ripe for that name and the history it evoked. Just think if Ferrari had simply called it the 512? Boring. Testarossa is a beautiful name. If they bring it back (I can't help but think one day they will) I hope they stick to the Flat-12, but without the tranny below, and keep the weight down, like the lightened 512M!

    I have a 1993 512 TR and would love for them to bring out an updated version of the car. I saw some drawings of potential future Ferrari's and there were a couple that would work. With all that technology has brought for other car manufacturers, like the Corvette Z06 doing 0-60 in 3.7 sec or so, it would be great to have a mid-engine Ferrari with a flat 12 stomping on the Vette.

    what possibly more can you do to a 512 tr.. it's already maxed out to its full
    potential. what more can ferrari do it ? add a twin turbo add rear wing.. add racing carbon seats? make it a six speed gear box? re design the side cheese cutters? The final series the f512m . will never be brought back into production. the testarossa is done with
