    There was a thread a while back with a video of a cop shooting a soldier on leave while the soldier was complying with orders from the cop. What ever happened to the thread and what is the status of the case?

    Yeah, that happened in Chino, haven't heard anything about it lately....But I bet that kid owns stock in the city now.....

    The result I'm sure will be much later down the road once the FBI and the department are done investigating and when the trial is over...But here are some articles from it:

    I'm pretty sure he was charged with murder and stuff like that and will be put away for a long time if convicted

    Murder? The soldier survived.

    The officer won't even get attempted murder.

    It will more than likely end up as a Civil Rights Violation(up to 20 years federal) for the excessive force. The soldier is atill alive as stated above and in the link I posted.
