    Hey Beast,

I did not list my motorcycles. I too had several KX Kaw's but they were owned by the factory. I rode them from 1973-75 on Team Green when Jimmy Weinert was #1 on the team.

Rode Penton, Suzuki, Yamaha, CZ, Maico, Bultaco and Montessa also. Did not race the Honda Elsinore. Got out of MX racing by 1980(injuries).

    Darth550,

I worked for BMW for seventeen years from 1983 until August 2000. Consequently, my loyalty to the brand flourished. I then moved to Ferrari of Dallas-unfortunately I only worked there, did not own it so I never was in a position to purchase a Ferrari for myself. But, I did get to drive them daily :>)

I only moved to Audi in May of this year and have not purchased my first Audi yet. I plan to get a new S4, hopefully in the spring...........

Well Favorite car or cars is easy, any of the Lamborghinis. For pure speed, my crazy Porsches. The Ferrari is a tough call. I hated the TR, i like the 355, but dont feel that it offers enough fun for the dollar, so id have to say the 328 or 348. The 348 is much more raw than the 355, and for the price difference, its performance is acceptable.

The Bug-eye drove me absolutely nuts. Ran one day, wouldn't the next. Had no suspension travel at all so the slightest pebble would rattle the fillings in my teeth. But boy was it fun to tool around in when it was running. Noisy, rough, bumpy, no seat padding but I still smile when I think of the fun I had in it. I got rid of it for the MGB. I would still love to have an original Austin Healy 3000. I believe that is the most classic of English sports car bodies along with an original XKE.

There was a red/white one here in Dallas for sale about a year ago for, I believe, $45,000. He came by FoD and went out and looked it over. It had been restored and the job was pretty good although a red over white two-tone paint job did nothing for me.

A car I have always wanted since 1962 is the 327 cu. in. fuel-injected Corvette in Red with white interior. I guess watching Route 66 as a youngster instilled that in me. Love the four headlights with the Stingray type rear. Found one last year with a fresh frame off restoration for under $40K but I was not in the position to buy it then. Going market for one of the quality of this one is about $50K. Missed a deal there, dang it.
