No, it's FREAKIN' GORGEOUS Blue! ;)

Surely someone will chime in. If it's a correct period color, it will probably have a name that is not currently in use today (i.e., Blue Sera, TdF Blue, Pozzi are all current colors - that one does not appear to be any of those).

Nobody seems to know. I know it was an option because my roomate in college had a 73gt in this color that he bought new. The only lead I've gotten is that it was a Pininfarina/alfa color offered as an option on Dinos. Maybe Metallic Pervinca Blue. I can't find any cars in this color so I can't verify. Someone here must know. It's the color I want to do for my Dino restoration.

Where did you get that photo? Can't you trace it that way?

It's a beautiful color but I can say it's not Azzuro California!

It's always difficult because the metallic blues change so much depending on light, but I would say either NART or TdF.

Could NOT be NART or TDF - they were not introduced until years later.

It is hard to tell from a computer picture, but my best guess is that it is Blu Sera mettalizzato. It looks a little too dark to be Blu Dino, and there was no darker blue mettalic in the standard range other than Blu Sera. The only other mettallic blues were lighter - Blu Chiaro and Azzuro, for example.
