Does anyone have the paint code or less accurately what colour Islero wheels and 3 eared nuts should be please.
Matt Silver, Flat silver, Satin silver, gloss silver.
Should the 3 eared nut be painted or zinc coate or should it be chrome.
    Thanks

You're answers are in the forums, discussed much over the years. Fortunately, there are paint codes instead of matt flat satin gloss......

Both should be painted just like the Miura. The bolts are zinc as well as the hub. They are satin silver.

Yes, the knock off and the wheel are both painted satin silver. Not shiny. The bolts and hub are zinc plated.

Thanks Vince, my wheels are Satin silver but the knock offs are chrome before the Islero was stored 28 years ago. I will paint them Satin Silver as they are tarnished

If they are chrome check to see if they have a raised rib running down the front of each of the three prongs. If this has been ground off and they are smooth then these are the knock offs provided by the factory in chrome finish. I have a couple sets of these and they are original period NOS spares from Lamborghini. If they do have the rib and are a rough finish then they were originally painted. Can you post a pic?

Here’s a pic, has the ribs and rough finish so I will paint them. Don’t mind them painted as the Islero is very understated anyway. Thanks very much for help Vince
