    Have a bit of carpet coming loose behind the clutch pedal. Any specific adhesive recommended for this repair??

    For a large area, I'd use 3M Spray #77, but often for a small piece a big dab of Liquid Nails Small Projects does a good job........

    Old fashoned rubber contact cement by Weldwood.
    You can use a small brush,, that 3M spray gets on everything.

    LOL! True...I couldn't tell if he was doing a whole panel or just a 'tack down"...

    I use the Liquid Nail on the engine hatch carpets..sometimes a spot tack approach works better than trying to glue edge to edge......

    It just depends.....
