I still think the lines of the 360 are far better than the 430. The 360 is a great car. It might not be quite as fast as the 430, but even with the 360 it's difficult to use all the power on public roads for more than a brief moment.

I love my 360M. It a gorgeous car, its ageing beautifully and the CS is perhaps one of the most beautiful cars in the history of the marque.

I lurve my 360 and wouldn't change it for an F430..................OK, Scuderia aside! It still gives me "morning wood" everytime I drive it!

 

My sentiments entirely. Although it's pouring rain here so I can't take her out. The plumetting values encourage me to drive her more often and I'm less embarassed by the display of "wealth" now she's worth the same as a BMW/Merc/Jag

 

Yea they are aging well and in my opinion better looking then the 430. Whats not to like with this quantum leap for Ferrari when first released.....When this economic mess clears wont be suprised if good examples bring more then currently.....

 

The time I purchased mine the 430 was $100,000 more than the 360. Here were my thoughts; I thought the 360 looked better and had more than enough power to make me laugh when I hit it. I know I am not alone in that I could have bought a 430, then or now, but still love the lines of my car. It's just such a beautiful car. In my opinion, it is the best looking car they have ever built, and I own one. Life is good.

 

Agree 1,000%!!!!!!!!! I love my 360 as well. Who cares about the price, the loss or anything else!!! Just enjoy!!!!

I drive mine in the rain. The 360 handles the rain amazingly well actually. Nothing more fun than driving the 360 in the rain!

the 430 sounds better at idle by a ton but the 360 at the top end.... The Stradale is more special than the scud, though!

In my humblest of opinions, I think the 360 Spider is the most beautiful contemporary convertible in existence.

Ray, the driving part is fine, it's just that our roads are so bad here I wouldn't know what I was driving through or what was about to get thrown up onto my car. I've memorized the roads but not all of the potholes yet

 

I'm in the market to buy my first Ferrari, and admit I have loved the 360 since I first saw it, esp the Spider. At the dealer this weekend, There were plenty of F430's at great prices...faster car, better handling, newer, gadgets...but I too think the 360 Spider is the single best looking car I have seen. And that sound....incredible.
I'm going to pass on the F430 and get the 360. I love to drive cars 15k/year, but this one I'd be happy just staring at.

The 430 is gorgeous, but its looks are an attempt by Pinifarina to improve on the perfection that was the 360. IMHO they should have taken a different approach altogether. Still, beauty is purely subjective.

To me, the 360 looks like a curvacious, and beautiful woman--perfect in every way. There's nothing on her that doesn't belong or is unnecessary.

Mine has no shields and no challenge grills--there's nothing to spoil her beauty or distract from her curves. Her look have the class of a 575 and the athleticism to match.

The 430 looks more masculine--at least to me. It's more muscular and serious looking.

Go for what you like. When you meet your car, you'll know if she's the one for you.

 

I agree with everyone. Its a great car ! It sure is a hoot to drive.

Agree strongly....though a bitter taste lingers after a harsh depreciation in the last 6 months

 

Me, being a non-owner, thinks the 360 is the better looking car when compared to the 430. I think it has better lines and I like the tail a lot better. Both are real beauties, but I like the 360s best.
